Overview In this role you support Zeeco's Power Boilers division from the Milan area, driving complete, competitive offerings for oil & gas projects. You will manage proposals, coordinate technical inputs across disciplines, and engage customers through site visits and negotiations. You help shape technical and commercial outcomes, from initial inquiries to post‐proposal discussions. This position blends engineering rigor with business acumen to win contracts and grow the business.
Responsabilità Analyze customer inquiries and specifications to design and specify equipment Travel to customer sites for support and data collection for technical reviews and proposals Assist with technical development and risk assessment of inquiries Prepare cost estimates and pricing in line with guidelines Determine and coordinate required drawings for quotations Prepare and issue formal quotations; follow up during quotation phase Conduct post-proposal discussions and negotiations with customers Provide status reports on proposals to management Support creation/modification of sales materials using MS Office, Publisher, and Adobe Assist in commercial discussions with clients and identify skill/tool needs for performance improvement Perform additional duties aligned with skills and experience Requisiti fondamentali Master in Mechanical Engineering Fluent in Italian and English Proven experience in the oil & gas sector Willingness to travel worldwide for short but frequent trips Business acumen and sound commercial judgement Results-driven and committed Passion for engineering and business Strong communication and presentation abilities Commercial awareness and client-facing skills Results-oriented mindset Proposal management and technical quotation development Cost estimation and pricing according to guidelines Technical review and risk assessment of inquiries
