For our client, a structured and growing organization, we are looking for a Corporate Organization Expert. organizational charts and job descriptions.Assist in process analysis and improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Contribute to workload assessments and team sizing.Support the definition and implementation of compensation policies and MBO systems.Conduct salary surveys and market benchmarking.Collaborate on cross-functional projects and ensure accurate documentation and communication.Requirements and SkillsDegree in Economics or Management.Strong analytical and communication skills.Knowledge of organizational design methodologies and compensation systems.Previous experience in HR organization or compensation roles; familiarity with Hay/Korn Ferry methodologies is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Visio. xysqume Problem-solving attitude, results orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
