Overview In this role you will partner with European leaders to define hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions. You will lead end-to-end processes, from role definition to offer management, while building strong candidate relationships and driving inclusive experiences. You'll use labour market intelligence to shape sourcing and continuously improve recruitment practices.
