On behalf of a dynamic and innovative global beauty company at the forefront of the industry, we are seeking a Senior Quality Manager to define and elevate the global quality strategy.
In this key leadership role, you will report directly to the Global Development & Quality Director and manage an international team across IT and US.
? Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Build and execute the global quality strategy to align with business objectives and customer expectations.
- Quality Culture: Drive continuous improvement across global R&D; teams, manufacturing sites, and external suppliers.
- QMS Implementation: Lead, execute, and harmonize Quality Management Systems in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22716 , and industry standards.
- Non-Conformance & Performance: Oversee internal/external non-conformances and customer complaints to boost operational performance.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with Development, Procurement, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
- Global Leadership: Mentor and manage a multi-located team (IT-US), ensuring standardized quality procedures across all sites.
? Candidate Profile
- Education: BSc or higher in a scientific orientation (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food/Cosmetic Science) or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5–10 years of proven track record in a managerial quality role within the beauty, cosmetic, or packaging sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cosmetic/packaging procedures, standard testing, physical measurements, and QMS (ISO 9001 / ISO 22716).
- Tools & ERPs: Proficient with MS Office Suite, MS Business Central, SAP, or similar systems.
- Languages: Fluent / C1 level in both English and French (essential).
- Soft Skills: Rigorous, data-driven, autonomous decision-maker, highly adaptable to fast-paced environments, with strong communication skills across multi-cultural stakeholders.
