Overview In this role you will act as Subject Matter Expert for EU CF process paths, driving end-to-end standards in planning and execution. You will translate data and performance metrics into action plans for senior leadership, and lead cross-site improvement initiatives to reduce cost and increase efficiency. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and advanced analytics (AI) to identify risks and optimize network performance.
You will mentor SSMEs and collaborate with global teams to implement standards and best practices, often traveling to Best-in-Class sites. This role offers exposure to EU-level strategic initiatives within a high-ambiguity environment and direct impact on network optimization.
