responsible for defining methodologies and leading critical analog developments Lead design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits Drive innovation in transmitter and receiver architectures Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering 15+ years analog IC design experience Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements; Signal integrity, noise, jitter and parasitic-aware design analysis Advanced xrdztoy CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required Company-wide expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs, responsible for defining methodologies and leading critical analog developments Lead design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits Drive innovation in transmitter and receiver architecturesEstablish analog design methodologies Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders
