Senior Medical Science Liaison
Manager (F/M/X) Italy Our client is a pioneering oncology company developing innovative targeted therapies for patients with RAS-driven cancers, which account for approximately 30% of all cancer diagnoses worldwide. With a deep pipeline of RAS(ON) inhibitors, our client is redefining what is possible in precision oncology and advancing therapies against targets that were previously considered undruggable. The company is preparing the launch of a groundbreaking therapy with the potential to transform the treatment landscape for patients with RAS-mutated pancreatic cancer.

This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative organization at a pivotal moment and help shape the future of oncology care in Italy We are currently looking for experienced Senior Medical Science Liaison Manager (F/M/X) to support the expansion of its Medical Affairs organization in Italy and contribute to the preparation of a highly promising oncology launch.
Build and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, HCPs, academic centers and clinical study sites ✅ Lead peer-to-peer scientific exchanges and communicate relevant clinical data ✅ Support congresses, advisory boards and scientific education ✅ Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations and other cross-functional teams ✅ Contribute territory insights to medical planning, launch readiness and engagement priorities Doctoral degree in a scientific or medical discipline ~8+ years of MSL or comparable industry experience in Italy ~ Strong oncology expertise; lung and GI cancer experience preferred ~ What you can expect A rare opportunity to join a fast-growing international biotechnology company The chance to contribute to the launch of an innovative targeted oncology therapy A highly autonomous and strategically important field medical role Close collaboration with experienced international and cross-functional teams A home-based position with an attractive compensation package
