Legga la descrizione completa qui sotto per avere un quadro completo dei requisiti richiesti.We are looking for an AME Hardware Equipment & Fixture Engineer to join our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team in Agordo. The role will support the development, installation, optimization and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, automation systems, fixtures and tooling for our products.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the selection, installation, commissioning, debugging and buy-off of manufacturing equipment, automation systems, fixtures and tooling.Evaluate equipment capability, accuracy and performance against product and process requirements, identifying improvement actions to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.Support and optimize advanced assembly equipment and processes, including glue dispensing, hot/cold pressing, laser welding, soldering and related automation technologies.Analyze equipment failures, recurring defects and production issues, defining corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with Production, Process Engineering, Quality and Maintenance teams.Develop, improve and maintain production fixtures and tooling, including technical documentation, work instructions and process parameters.Coordinate suppliers for customized equipment and fixture development, delivery follow-up, technical alignment and cost improvement initiatives.Main RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical,
