The RACF & IAM Specialist contributes to the management and evolution of Identity & Access Security services in mainframe environments, with particular focus on RACF and related IAM processes and tools. ISAE 3402)Contribute to access certification and privileged account review processesAssist in the collection of audit evidence, reporting activities and remediation follow-upIAM Service SupportContribute to the management of the IAM service lifecycleSupport service monitoring activities, backlog management and SLA trackingParticipate in the implementation and maintenance of standard processes and workflows, including ServiceNow-based processesIdentify opportunities for service improvements and share recommendations with the teamProjects & Technology EvolutionSupport initiatives involving RACF administration tools, including migrations and technology upgradesContribute to project planning,
