Overview As a Senior Programme Manager at Fiserv, you will lead complex, multi-stakeholder delivery initiatives in payments with a strong focus on AI-enabled delivery. You will serve as a strategic partner to executive clients, shaping programme direction and governance. You will manage large-scale data migrations in card issuing and drive adoption of automation and AI-powered insights to improve outcomes.
This role combines delivery excellence with client relationship leadership in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsabilità Own executive-level client relationships and governance forums, acting as a trusted partner Lead multiple concurrent programmes from initiation to closure with accountability for outcomes Drive card issuing data migration programmes, including cutovers and risk planning Utilize AI-enabled delivery approaches for reporting, risk analysis, and capacity planning Build and mentor cross-functional delivery teams and promote automation/AI tooling Coordinate delivery across global teams and multiple functions (Product, Tech, Operations, Compliance, Integration) Manage risks, changes,
and client expectations with robust governance and clear communication Own programme P&L;, budgets, and contract negotiations while seeking growth opportunities Requisiti fondamentali ~15–20+ years in programme or project management within payments/financial services tech ~ Deep payments processing expertise, especially credit card issuing and platform migrations ~ Proven leadership of large-scale, multi-stream data migration programmes in card issuing ~ Experience managing enterprise clients at C-suite/VP level with a consultative approach ~ Track record delivering multiple successful migrations in card issuing and data migration ~ Practical experience using AI and automation to streamline delivery and governance ~ Strong understanding of card issuing platforms (VisionPLUS / FirstVision) and migration risks ~ PMI/PRINCE2 MSP or equivalent certification ~ Executive stakeholder management ~ Consultative advisory approach ~ Strong communications under pressure ~ AI-enabled delivery and automation ~ Agentic AI and AI-assisted risk identification ~ Data migration and cutover planning
