Overview As a Pharmacovigilance Lead within IQVIA's Lifecycle Safety team, you will guide a growing PV function for pharma and biotech clients. You'll blend people leadership, client partnership, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality PV and medical information activities. You will be a key contact for clients and internal stakeholders across multiple projects, driving compliance, inspections readiness, and process improvements.
