and documentation.Train customers on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.Recommend upgrades, repairs, or replacement parts to improve equipment performance.Travel frequently to customer sites as required.Soft Skills:Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Time management and organizational skills.Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.Attention to detail and commitment to safety.Teamwork and collaborationRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support (typically 2–5 years).Strong knowledge of electrical mechanical and electrical systems.Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.Proficiency with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and service management software. xysqume Valid driver’s license (if travel is required).#J-18808-Ljbffr
