ams OSRAM is seeking a technical leader in RF/analog layout to define the high-frequency analog layout strategy for broadband optical communication ICs or similar RF devices. You will drive architecture, floorplanning and parasitic-aware implementations and mentor layout engineers on challenging high-speed interfaces.

Ideal candidates hold a BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, at least 10 years of RF/analog layout experience, with hands-on experience in FinFET/FD-SOI processes and EM-aware design
