The Opportunity
ArupItalia s.r.l. is looking for an Accounting Assistant for our finance team for a 12 month fixed term contract assignment. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, the successful candidate will be engaged in:
- Expense claims management;
- Intrastat filing;
- Bank and credit card reconciliations;
- Liaising with external auditors for their areas of expertise;
- Management of administrative and accounting procedures in general, as required;
Is this role right for you?
- High school diploma in Accounting;
- 5 years' experience in accounting;
- Background in similarly organized contexts: limited companies in consulting/services sector with project-based accounting, under the ordinary accounting regime;
- Basic knowledge of Italian accounting principles;
- Availability: Tempo pieno;
- Operational autonomy and willingness to work simultaneously on multiple sw tools;
- Knowledge of JDE, Esolver;
