È la persona giusta per questa occasione?What you will doAs HR Administration & Payroll Intern, you will have the opportunity to get a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process. You will become accountable and manage autonomously your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment. Specifically, you will support the team in the following activities:Support the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees and interns, from preparing documentation to coordinating onboarding activities.Assist in the preparation, collection,
and verification of employment documentation required for hiring.Support time and attendance management by monitoring clock-ins, absences, vacation, leave requests, and attendance anomalies using HR systems.Provide operational support in HR administration, ensuring accurate maintenance, updating, and filing of employee records and documentation.Assist in managing administrative communications with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders, providing timely support on HR-related matters.Support the maintenance and updating of HR databases and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.What you need to succeedHigh school diploma in Administration, Finance, and Marketing (or equivalent qualification).Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a strong command of Excel.Proficiency in both English and ItalianStrong interpersonal and teamwork skills.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities effectively.What We OfferA paid 6-month internship with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR Administration.Monthly internship allowance of €800.Meal vouchers (€7.50 for each day worked on-site)Hybrid working policy (smart working). xysqume Free company shuttle service from Cascina Gobba (Milan).Are you ready to join us?
