This role will contribute strategically to attracting and selecting top talent, supporting organizational development in a highly innovative and competitive environment characterized by a strong demand for digital skills.The resource, who will join the People & Organisation team, will be responsible for:Main Areas of Responsibility:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end recruiting) for tech, digital, and business rolesPartner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and sourcing strategiesActivate effective sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards,
headhunting, networking)Conduct screening, interviews, and structured assessmentsEnsure an excellent candidate experience aligned with the company’s employer brandSupport the development and promotion of employer branding initiatives (events, social media, universities)Monitor recruiting KPIs (time to hire, quality of hire, pipeline) and suggest improvementsCollaborate with HR Business Partners in onboarding processes.Required Skills:Degree in HR, Psychology, Economics, or related fields2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Fintech, Tech, or startup environmentsExperience recruiting IT/Digital profiles (e.G., software engineers, data roles, product roles)Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindsetGood command of English (B2/C1 level)Personal profile:Experience in international or scale-up environmentsKnowledge of ATS platforms (e.G., Lever)Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing toolsAbility to work in a team, flexibility and proactivity.Aptitude for problem-solving.Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal, communication skills.Attention to detail, quality and deadlines.Contract & Compensation:Buoni pasto and company welfare.Health care coverage.Hybrid working model.Employee discount programs. xysqume Performance bonus for company objectives.Equality Policy:We are an equal opportunities employer and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.#J-18808-Ljbffr
