As a Software Technical Support Engineer , you will play a key role in validating, testing, and supporting the software used in additive manufacturing systems. You will work closely with the Customer Success, Engineering and R&D teams , helping troubleshoot technical issues and ensuring our customers achieve optimal performance from our technologies.Few examples of responsibilities:Perform software testing and validation on Caracol’s additive manufacturing software, ensuring correct functionality and performance.Execute hands-on robotic 3D printing tests to validate toolpath planning, slicing processes, and printing quality on large-scale AM systems.Help technical support and field engineering teams in troubleshooting Level 2 software-related issues, occasionally interacting with customers.Provide internal training and guidance to support teams to help them handle common Level 1 technical requests.
