Coordinate and manage the Group consolidation process across Italian and foreign subsidiaries.

Support quarterly and annual closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting deadlines.

Prepare, review, and monitor consolidation entries and adjustments.

Manage and maintain consolidation reporting packages through dedicated consolidation systems.

Prepare the Consolidated Cash Flow Statement and related financial disclosures.

Provide accounting support for extraordinary transactions, corporate reorganizations, and M&A; activities.

Liaise with external auditors, advisors, and finance teams across the Group.

Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards and internal reporting requirements.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of consolidation processes and reporting procedures.

Requisiti: Degree in Economics, Accounting,



Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Group Consolidation, Financial Reporting, External Audit, or Corporate Accounting. Previous experience within multinational listed companies or top-tier audit and advisory firms. Strong knowledge of IAS/IFRS accounting standards.

Proven ability to manage complex reporting activities under tight deadlines. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external auditors. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Advanced proficiency with consolidation and financial reporting systems;

experience with Tagetik is considered a strong advantage.

Fluent

English, both written and spoken, used regularly in a professional environment.
