Overview In this role you will contribute to building scalable backend services for Deel's global payroll and HR platform. You will work within a cross-functional Engineering team to plan, design, and deliver robust features and APIs that serve customers worldwide. You will tackle performance and reliability challenges at scale, while maintaining a customer-centric engineering mindset.

with a focus on quality and scalability Identify and fix bugs quickly to maintain Deel Speed Deliver a customer-centric engineering approach to product quality and reliability Requisiti fondamentali ~8+ years of software engineering experience ~ Backend development with Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript ~ Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL query optimization ~ Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns ~ Experience designing scalable systems and handling high transaction volumes ~ API development experience with input validation, JWT, and queue-based architectures ~ Remote collaboration and proactive communication ~ Ownership and autonomy balanced with teamwork ~ Clear communication of complex ideas to diverse stakeholders ~ Node.js ~ TypeScript/JavaScript ~ PostgreSQL
