The Process Quality Engineer is responsible for analyzing issues and non-conformities within manufacturing processes, identifying their root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Lo scopra leggendo la panoramica del ruolo qui sotto.This position reports directly to the Poltrona Frau In Motion Quality Manager.Main activitiesensuring dedicated oversight of the Quality Management System within the In Motion Business Unitacting as a team leader in process investigations and in the definition of corrective action plans ensuring their implementation and effectivenessmanaging customer product complaints, including inspection and reporting activities on returned goods, and recording them in the company databaseassisting customer auditors and third-party auditors during assessments of the In Motion Management Systemsupporting activities related to internal PCPA-1DP processesperforming product audits on a sample basis across all active product lines (dock audits)supporting the Engineering department in the preparation and updating of PFMEAs, material control plans, and process control plansconducting Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies for new projects when requiredperforming statistical analyses of manufacturing processes when necessaryproviding support in the preparation and updating of In Motion Management and Technical Procedures, as well as related documentationpromoting corrective,
