The candidate will support our Project Manager, especially with the monitoring of the development and progress of the project. In particular, the resource will monitor deadlines and costs, but also verify safety and quality of the work, interface with subcontractors and suppliers, working with other company departments and external businesses. We appreciate a very strong motivation to build a career in project management, especially in the industrial field. Previous work experience, even short-term, will be considered a plus.Planned ActivitiesAnalyses project estimates,
with the goal of defining budget, forecasting costs, working hours and quantitySupports the PM in coordinating internal interfaces in various company departments (Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Legal)Participates actively in meetings for the project’s coordination, either internal, with clients or other external interfacesManages and archives standard project management documentation (contracts, correspondence and variations)Verifies xysqume technical and economical alignment of demands and subcontractorsInterfaces daily with suppliers to monitor order status and forecast delivery timelinesRequired QualificationsProblem solvingAvailability for frequent work missions (UE)Desired SkillsGood level of knowledge of a second foreign languageShort work experience in the field#J-18808-Ljbffr
