You will blead the Critical Operations team /b, bmanage relationships with customers and suppliers /b, and ensure bmaintenance and operational activities /b are performed according to bcompany processes, methods, and safety standards /b. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead critical operations activities for the Data Center, ensuring safe and continuous operations and high-quality service delivery /li liLead and manage the Critical Operations team /li liMonitor site operations through BMS and PMS platforms /li liManage routine activities on electrical and mechanical equipment /li liEnsure timely and effective responses to customer and user needs /li liEnsure all scheduled maintenance activities are completed on time /li liManage critical situations and extraordinary operational activities /li liPlan and manage technical tasks and equipment /li liApply maintenance processes and operational methods /li liVerify compliance with safety standards and the correct use of PPE /li liManage relationships with customers and suppliers /li liAttend periodic meetings with customers /li liPrepare and maintain operational documentation, including RCA, SOP, MOP, EOP, and reports /li liManage customer cases through NetSuite and activities through Modius /li liSupport the development of the technical and interpersonal skills of team members /li /ul h3Required Skills And Background /h3 ul liAt least 5 years of experience in maintenance activities within an industrial environment; experience in critical environments is an advantage /li liGood knowledge of critical infrastructure maintenance and repair activities /li liHigh school diploma or University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering /li liStrong knowledge of safety regulations and the correct use of PPE /li liCustomer-oriented mindset and service approach /li liStrong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills /liliGood digital skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) /li liKnowledge of NetSuite and Modius is considered an advantage /li liFluent in Italian and good command of written and spoken English /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liSalary Range (Gross Annual Salary - RAL): €65.000 - €75.000 + performance premio /li liContract type: Italian CCNL Commerce (Commercio - Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi) /li liMeal vouchers and corporate welfare program /li liHealth insurance and access to the complementary pension fund, in accordance with the collective agreement /li liWork on critical digital infrastructure, supporting the development and operation of some of Europe's most advanced data centre environments /li liBuild your future with STACK, gaining exposure to large-scale projects and clear opportunities for professional growth across a fast-growing European platform /li /ul pThe compensation range shown reflects the expected salary range for this position.
