Overview As organizations accelerate AI-driven security transformations, you will lead the Idira sales effort in the Mediterranean, guiding a regional overlay sales team. You'll own regional GTM plans, forecast accuracy, and marketing alignment to grow the Idira portfolio. You'll build trusted C-suite relationships, foster partner ecosystems, and drive expansion across enterprise accounts.
This role offers meaningful impact by shaping regional adoption of Workforce and Agentic Identity solutions in a fast-evolving market.
Responsabilità Direct, mentor, and scale an international overlay sales team across the Mediterranean Develop and execute regional GTM plans and regional forecasts Drive revenue growth by enabling local VARs and coordinating with partners and tech alliances Lead quarterly business reviews with key regional partners to align on strategy and execution Requisiti fondamentali ~5+ years of enterprise software sales leadership with a proven track record managing overlay sales teams in the region ~ Domain expertise in Workforce Identity (IAM, IGA, Endpoint Security) and/or Agentic Identity (Secrets Management, Workload Identity, AI Agents) is preferred ~ Proven history of negotiating and closing complex enterprise software deals with Fortune 1000 accounts ~ Experience establishing C-suite relationships (CIOs, CISOs, DevOps leaders) and navigating multi-stakeholder buying centers ~ Experience leveraging GSIs, local VARs, and tech alliances to scale regional GTM ~ Strong analytical, forecasting, and organizational skills with strategic problem-solving ~ Excellent executive communication; willing to travel 30–40% ~ leadership ~ collaboration ~ strategic thinking ~ Identity security domain knowledge (IAM, IGA, Endpoint) ~ Agentic Identity concepts (Secrets Management, Workload Identity, AI Agents) ~ Enterprise sales and GTM execution
