Overview As an AI Security Specialist, you will lead security for AI-powered systems and ML infrastructure within Deel. You will set security standards for AI adoption and work with cross-functional teams to implement robust controls. The role combines defense with enabling safe internal AI use, ensuring compliance with SOC 2 II and ISO 27001.
You will shape security posture while allowing teams to innovate with new AI tools. This is an opportunity to influence secure, scalable AI across a global platform.
Retribuzione / Benefits Stock grant opportunities Remote work flexibility WeWork access (optional) Equal-opportunity employer Disability accommodations available Competitive total rewards Responsabilità Define, implement, and maintain the AI security strategy across Deel's infrastructure and product ecosystem Lead security assessments and threat modeling for AI/ML models, LLM integrations, and agentic AI systems Evaluate and deploy AISPM and AIDR solutions Secure MCP server deployments with authentication, authorization, data flow controls,
and supply chain risk assessments Own the security review and enablement process for internal AI tool adoption with guardrails Develop and enforce policies for safe use of AI tools across the organization Secure internal development initiatives through ASR, CI/CD hardening, and dependency scanning Plan and execute penetration testing engagements targeting AI/ML models and AI-powered systems Design and implement DLP controls for AI environments Conduct security reviews of AI-related connectors, plugins, and third-party integrations Collaborate with SOC and IR teams to build AI-specific detection rules and playbooks Continuously monitor AI threat landscape and translate risks into actionable controls Contribute to compliance initiatives ensuring AI deployments meet SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR Requisiti fondamentali collaborative oriented to risk and problem solving strong communication across cross-functional teams AI Security Posture Management (AISPM) AI Detection & Response (AIDR) Model Context Protocol (MCP) security
