Overview

In this role you partner with business leaders to shape people strategies that boost organizational effectiveness and long-term success. You’ll align talent initiatives with business priorities, focusing on workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement. You’ll work cross-functionally with HR and business teams to design solutions for diverse stakeholders. This position sits at the core of an ambitious HR Business Partner team driving impact in a tech/services environment. You will influence leadership and drive people-centered outcomes.

Responsabilità

- Collaborate with managers to develop workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design strategies




- Support managers in promotion and job-change processes ensuring sustainable organizational design
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing coaching for development and problem-solving
- Guide leaders on drivers of employee engagement and its impact on performance
- Provide regular analysis and insights to inform decision-making and business outcomes
- Support the implementation of effective performance management processes
- Liaise with other HR experts to tailor solutions for the organization’s needs

Requisiti fondamentali

- 7-10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role within a tech or services company
- Strong organizational and goal-setting capabilities with the ability to manage complexity and drive initiatives
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
