SAP HCM Payroll Senior Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Payroll configuration and NPO payroll environments.

You’ll support payroll configuration, optimisation, controls and transformation initiatives, working across complex NPO payroll processes including salary scales, step increases, allowances, post adjustments and dependency calculations.

Key requirements:

- 12+ years SAP HCM / Payroll experience
- Strong hands-on SAP Payroll configuration – Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types
- Proven NPO Payroll experience
- Experience across PA, OM and Time Management
- Payroll-to-Finance integration
- PCC, testing, reconciliation and payroll controls
- Multi-country payroll implementation experience

If you have strong SAP Payroll expertise and genuine UN payroll experience, we’d be keen to speak.
