Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce Core Proven expertise in: Salesforce Industries (Communications Cloud), Salesforce Field Service, Mule Soft APIs Strong knowledge of: Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Additional experience: Telecoms, fibre, utilities, or other regulated environments Order management and service lifecycle processes Technical skills: Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Mule Soft APIs Exposure to Dev Ops and CI/CD practices Preferred certifications: Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Salesforce Field Service Consultant Mule Soft Certified Developer
