Sales Renewals Representative

Overview In this role you will manage renewal opportunities for Middle East accounts, collaborating with sales and customer success to preserve and grow relationships. You will own the renewal cycle end-to-end, forecast risks, and identify upsell potential to support field sales. You'll work with support and training to resolve technical questions before renewal due dates, contributing to Nozomi Networks' mission to protect critical infrastructure.
The role combines account management, pipeline discipline, and cross-functional collaboration in a global cyber security context.
