We provide technical expertise and project support through experienced consultants across complex international environments.Competenze, Esperienza, Qualifiche: se possiede i requisiti giusti per questa occasione, si candidi oggi stesso.We are currently looking for a Production Start-Up Senior Engineer – LNG Trains to support a major LNG project.Job DescriptionThe Production Start-Up Senior Engineer will join the Operations / Production team and will play a key role in the transition from mechanical completion to handover, start-up, performance testing, and early operations of LNG train facilities.Key responsibilities include:Develop subsystem start-up sequencesParticipate in the preparation and witnessing of critical commissioning activitiesVerify handover readiness by reviewing commissioning completion dossiers, RFSU dossiers, punch lists, as-built documentation, operating manuals, and operating proceduresReview and contribute to the development of start-up procedures in line with operator standardsSupport validation of start-up procedures using an Operator Training SimulatorParticipate in RFSU walkdowns with EPC contractorsWitness ESD, EDP,



and F&G cause & effect testsDefine and follow up vendor mobilization plans for the post-handover periodLead LNG train start-up activities in coordination with Production teamsAttend SIMOPS coordination meetingsSupport performance test execution and review final test reportsPropose improvements to operational procedures and processes based on facility performanceSupport troubleshooting, technical studies, planned shutdown preparation, and warranty claim inputsQualificationsMaster’s degree or higher in Applied Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalentMinimum 15 years of experience in start-up and operations of LNG production plantsStrong experience in LNG train start-up, commissioning-to-operations transition, or early LNG operationsPrevious experience in roles such as xysqume LNG Production Engineer, LNG Process Engineer, Start-Up Engineer, Start-Up Superintendent, Shift Superintendent, or similarExcellent knowledge of LNG plant processes, cryogenic systems, refrigeration loops, utilities, flare / BOG systems, and start-up operationsProven experience with handover readiness, RFSU dossiers, punch list management, and critical commissioning activitiesStrong knowledge of HSE Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, and ISO 14001 requirementsExcellent knowledge of Permit to Work systems and SIMOPS coordination in Oil & Gas environmentsProficiency with MS Office applicationsExcellent written and spoken English#J-18808-Ljbffr
