About the position: We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead the finance function of our retail business (consumer electronics). Responsibilities: Lead financial strategy and support business growth across European markets Own P&L; performance, with a focus on margins, channel and category profitability Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Optimize working capital (inventory, cash flow, stock efficiency) Secure and manage financing facilities to support business growth Partner with commercial teams on pricing, promotions, and expansion initiatives Ensure accurate reporting (IFRS) and strong internal controls Requirements: 5+ years of experience in finance, including leadership roles Proven finance background in retail, consumer electronics, FMCG, or distribution Strong knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS, statutory reporting, audit, and tax compliance,
combined with solid FP&A; and commercial finance expertise Solid understanding of retail KPIs (gross margin, sell-through, inventory turnover) Experience in multi-country European environment is a plus Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach Good knowledge of English Strong communication skills We Offer: Opportunity to work for a financially strong, fast-growing multinational company.
