Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate qualified leads through outbound (cold calls, email, LinkedIn/social selling) and inbound (marketing-generated leads) channels
- Conduct discovery calls to identify prospect pain points, needs, and buying intent
- Clearly articulate CloudVandana’s value proposition to decision-makers across various industries
- Schedule qualified meetings/demos for Account Executives and support smooth handoff
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly activity and pipeline targets
- Nurture early-stage leads through follow-up cadences until sales-ready
- Stay current on CloudVandana’s product/service offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Business Development, ideally in B2B technology or IT services
- Strong communication skills — clear verbal and written communication, active listening,
and the ability to present value propositions effectively
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred); familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Apollo) is a plus
- Basic understanding of cloud and enterprise technologies (SaaS, Salesforce ecosystem)
- Strong self-management skills — ability to work independently in a remote environment and consistently meet activity/performance targets
- Solid research and analytical skills to understand customer pain points, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this role
- Ability to work core U.S. business hours (time zone to be confirmed based on team coverage needs)
- Occasional travel may be required (e.g., for team offsites or conferences)
