Customer Account Specialist (12 months fixed term contract)

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and building strong customer relationships? We are looking for a Customer Account Specialist to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will be the key link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery experience while contributing to customer satisfaction and business success.
What You’ll Do

- Manage customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and order status
- Build andmaintainstrong customer relationships through proactive communication
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensuretimelyandaccurateorder fulfillment
- Support issue resolution andidentifysolutions to meet customer needs
- Maintain customer data and support customer onboarding activities
- Provide customers with updates on deliveries, forecasts, and supply-related matters
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team success
What We’re Looking For

- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken is a must
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a similar field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Languages, or a related discipline is an advantage
- Strong communicationand relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational xysqume skills and attention to detail
- SAP or ERP experience is an advantage
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Working Model: Primarily office-based with one remote working day per week (Friday)
