The role combines Business Partner responsibilities with operational activities typical of an HR Generalist, providing end-to-end support to HR processes. It also collaborates with management as an HR partner, contributing to operational results and people development. The position provides operational support for daily HR activities,
ensuring administrative efficiency and regulatory compliance throughout the entire employee lifecycle.Role and responsibilitiesThe main activities are:Support activities:Support and advise managers in the daily management of their teams and in HR-related decision-making processesSupport employees on regulations, company policies, and HR requestsManage and support complex situations (conflicts, disciplinary actions, operational issues)Operational management and HR development:Oversee and coordinate personnel administrative processes (contracts, mandatory communications, attendance, payroll, and labor law compliance) with the support of external consultantsEnsure the management of the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, training, skills development, and career growth)Contribute to workforce planning and personnel budgetingManage the training budget and ensure implementation of the training planCoordinate activities related to industrial relationsManage recruitment and selection activities (job interviews, relationships with employment agencies, related administrative tasks, etc.)HR Governance and projectsEnsure compliance with labor laws, the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), and company regulationsMonitor and analyze HR data (reporting, statistics, KPIs) to support decision-makingEnsure compliance with internal procedures,
