Four Corners is the business line of AHCG, specialised in recruiting high-profile professionals in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of a global leading accessories company, we are now looking for a: Sales Account Wholesale Belgium As a Sales coordinator, based in Milan, you are responsible for maximizing sales and profitability and achieving the targeted growth for key national customer portfolio within the market distribution in Belgium and possible new assigned areas that may come in the future. The candidate should take overall responsibility for all activities within the account portfolio and work closely with other internal departments in order to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve maximum penetration as per agreed target (main, full price, off-price repeat) and strategy
• Operate as point of contact and responsible for the day-to-day management of all matters specific to the key accounts and local agent
• Generate commercial activities for a higher sell-through
• Put in place the commercial activities in line with company strategy and make recommendations for opportunities and improvement
• Prepare sales reports and take actions working together with other departments as Merchandising and Marketing
• Execute operational business plans by providing information on sales forecasts, product selection/buys, and needs on the product level for key accounts and local customers
• Provide regular, timely, and accurate updates on sales activities to the General Manager
• Proactively use network and experience to create incremental business for the region.
Requirements
+3/4 years of experience in Wholesale and Retail channels management;
Experience in footwear or fashion industry;
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Excellent listening and negotiation skills
• Flexibility and out of the box thinking
• Driving license B required
• Advanced ability to handle multiple and competing priorities and requests;
Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
• Fluency in English is required
