OverviewLa descrizione completa del lavoro illustra tutte le competenze, l'esperienza pregressa e le qualifiche che i candidati dovrebbero possedere.We are looking for an engaged and passionate Retail Allocator to join our Integrated Business Planning Function, in our HQ in Milan, Italy.Your ImpactThe candidate will support Allocation and Replenishment activities, contributing to inventory optimization and product availability across markets, through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.In particular, the Retail Allocator will be responsible for:Manage allocation and replenishment activities across different geographical areas, ensuring the optimal balance between inventory levels, demand and commercial prioritiesMonitor and analyze stock levels, orders, shipments and forecast data, identifying potential issues and supporting corrective actions when necessaryTrack and evaluate key performance indicators such as Sell Through, Weeks of Supply, Stock Cover, Out of Stock and Overstock to assess inventory performanceIdentify and manage situations of overstock, understock, and out-of-stock by proposing allocation, replenishment, stock transfer and rebalancing actionsCoordinate stock rebalancing activities across markets, regions and channels to maximize sales opportunities and improve inventory productivitySupport forecasting and inventory planning activities through analysis of historical data, sales trends, coverage levels and future product availabilityMonitor inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve delays, discrepancies or operational issuesSupport shipment and allocation prioritization processes in situations of limited product availability,
