We are distinguished by our in-depth industry insight and 35+ years of experience as a reliable global partner for clients and suppliers. /ppbr/ppbAbout the position: /b /ppWe are seeking an experienced bFinance Director to lead the finance function of our retail business (consumer electronics) /b. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities: /b /pulliLead financial strategy and support business growth across European markets /liliOwn PL performance, with a focus on margins, channel and category profitability /liliDrive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes /liliOptimize working capital (inventory, cash flow, stock efficiency) /liliSecure and manage financing facilities to support business growth /liliPartner with commercial teams on pricing, promotions, and expansion initiatives /liliEnsure accurate reporting (IFRS) and strong internal controls /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulli5+ years of experience in finance, including leadership roles /liliProven finance background in retail, consumer electronics, FMCG, or distribution /liliStrong knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS, statutory reporting, audit, and tax compliance, combined with solid FPA and commercial finance expertise /liliSolid understanding of retail KPIs (gross margin, sell-through, inventory turnover)
