Our expertise spans electro-optical tracking systems, command & control platforms, and multi-sensor integration for mission-critical environments.Dato l'elevato interesse per questa posizione, la preghiamo di candidarsi tempestivamente se il suo profilo è in linea con il ruolo.We operate at the intersection of innovation and operational excellence, supporting customers worldwide in complex scenarios where performance, reliability, and precision are essential.As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our internal production and integration capabilities, transitioning toward a structured industrial environment with dedicated engineering and manufacturing processes.Role OverviewWe are looking for an Engineering / Production Manager to lead the development, industrialization, and production of our systems.This is a key leadership role responsible for bridging engineering and manufacturing, ensuring that products move efficiently from design to production, meeting quality, cost, and schedule targets.Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering LeadershipLead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (software, electronics, mechanical, system engineering)Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with company strategySupervise system design, development, and validation activitiesEnsure compliance with aerospace/defense standards and internal quality processesDefine and implement production processes for multi sensor systems and integrated platformsDrive the industrialization of new products from prototype to serial productionSet up and optimize assembly, integration,



and testing linesManage production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimizationOperations & DeliveryEnsure on-time and on-quality delivery of projects and productsOversee FAT, SAT, and validation processesManage suppliers and coordinate with procurement for critical componentsIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies across projectsTeam & Organizational DevelopmentBuild and structure engineering and production teamsDefine processes, procedures, and best practicesMentor team members and develop internal competenciesFoster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvementRequired QualificationsMSc in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Aerospace, or related field)8+ years of experience in engineering and/or production environmentsProven experience in team leadership and project deliveryStrong background in system integration and complex systemsExperience in production processes, industrialization, or manufacturing setupSolid xysqume understanding of quality standards and engineering processesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in aerospace, defense, or high-tech industriesKnowledge of electro-optical systems, sensors, or tracking systemsExperience with supply chain management and vendor coordinationFamiliarity with MIL-STD, ISO, or aerospace quality standardsExperience in scaling production in a growing companyWhat We OfferLeadership role with direct impact on company growth and strategyOpportunity to build and scale a production organization from the ground upWork on cutting-edge aerospace and defense technologiesDynamic and international working environmentCompetitive compensation and growth opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
