Overview In this role, you help evolve Costa's pricing and distribution ecosystem across global markets by combining data-driven analytics with innovative tech. You collaborate with Revenue Management, Pricing, and Technology teams to design and implement enhancements that improve efficiency and performance. You will drive automation, advanced analytics, and new capabilities that support commercial excellence in a multinational environment.
This is a hands-on role shaping the future of pricing distribution platforms and their integration across channels.

Responsabilità
- Contribute to design, implementation, and evolution of pricing and distribution tools across markets and channels
- Support process automation and workflow optimization within pricing distribution platforms
- Perform ad hoc analyses to identify improvement opportunities and inform system enhancements
- Bridge business needs with IT, Marketing, and Commercial teams to integrate systems and capabilities
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to enable commercial excellence across markets
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3-5 years in BI, analytics, pricing or revenue management systems, or automation in multinational environments
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI or equivalent)
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Python; ability to work with data and support automation solutions
- Fluent in English; effective communication with cross-functional and international teams
