Key Responsibilities • Provide technical support to customers in Italy using Axess systems • Install, configure, and maintain ticketing and access control systems • Deliver remote and on-site support at ski resorts and tourist facilities • Test and verify software, RFID and BLE devices, point-of-sale systems, and automatic turnstiles • Support the commissioning and startup of new installations and projects • Collaborate with Axess international technical and development teams Required Profile • Diploma in Information Technology, Electronics,
