This role provides critical financial insights, ensures accurate reporting, and supports operational decision‑making.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis & Performance ManagementAnalyze and forecast manufacturing variances to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesPartner with plant management to drive productivity savings aligned with budget commitmentsDevelop and maintain cost standards for all manufactured productsBudgeting & ForecastingLead the preparation and coordination of departmental and plant-wide budgets and forecastsOversee the annual capital budget, including financial justification, expenditure tracking,
