Position OverviewWe are seeking a senior Digital Communication & Graphic Designer with a strong combination of marketing, digital advertising, graphic design and e-commerce expertise.The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, highly creative, and data-driven, with the ability to independently manage integrated marketing projects from concept through execution. They will also be responsible for coordinating and guiding junior graphic design resources, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across multiple marketing disciplines. Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Creative ProductionDesign high-quality digital and print marketing materials, including: catalogues, advertisements, social media creatives, newsletters, web banners, point-of-sale materialsCreate visually engaging content in line with TP-Link brand guidelines.Photo and video production and editingDigital Marketing & Paid AdvertisingPlan, launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and LinkedIn AdsMonitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics including ROAS, CPA and conversion rate.Perform audience segmentation, A/B testing and campaign optimization.Collaborate on SEO, content marketing and email marketing initiatives.E-commerce MarketingSupport marketing activities for TP-Link's e-commerce channels and online retail partners.Create digital assets optimized for e-commerce platforms.Support product launches and promotional calendars.Analytics & ReportingTrack and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio and Meta Business Suite.Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.Monitor key marketing KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.RequirementsExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing,
Digital Marketing or Communications.Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.Experience working in the technology or consumer electronics industry is considered a plus.Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in:Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe InDesignAfter EffectStrong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography and layout.Experience preparing artwork for both digital and print production.Solid experience with:Meta Ads ManagerGoogle AdsGoogle Analytics 4Looker StudioKnowledge of e-commerce marketing and digital customer acquisition.Familiarity with Microsoft Office.Nice to HaveShopify or other e-commerce platformsMarketing automation platformsAI-powered creative tools (Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney or similar)Personal SkillsStrong creativity combined with analytical thinking.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.High attention to detail.Team player with the ability to work independently.Fluent in both Italian and English.What We OfferOpportunity to work for a leading global technology company.Dynamic, international and collaborative working environment.Exposure to innovative consumer and enterprise technologies.Competitive salary and benefits package.
