Role : Bankruptcy Attorney (Remote) Location : Remote (Work from Anywhere) We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney to work on a Full-Time basis. The attorney will draft and file petitions, motions, and other legal documents, while providing strategic advice to clients navigating financial distress. Draft and file bankruptcy petitions, motions, and other legal documents with courts.

- Provide legal advice to clients on debt restructuring, asset protection, and creditor negotiations.
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with federal and state bankruptcy laws.
- Active license to practice law in the United States with bankruptcy experience.
- Experience filing and litigating Chapter 7, 11, or 13 bankruptcy cases.
- Strong legal research and writing skills in bankruptcy law.
- Proficiency in legal software and case management systems. Candidates must have prior experience in bankruptcy law and a track record of successful case outcomes. All qualified candidates are welcome regardless of background, experience, or prior employment history.
