Overview In this role you will lead security automation and hardening of cloud infrastructure within Deel's DevOps team. You will implement and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, integrate security tooling, and monitor for incidents in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will collaborate across development, operations, and security to embed security into the build, test, and deployment processes.

and security teams Assist in compliance assessments and audits with necessary documentation Requisiti fondamentali ~3+ years in Security, SecOps, or DevSecOps ~ Experience with policy-as-code and IaC security scanning tools (Checkov, tfsec, Terrascan) ~ Programming basics in JavaScript/TypeScript/Python; Git and CI/CD ~ Manage WAF and firewall configurations (e.g., Cloudflare) ~ Knowledge of security principles, OWASP Top 10, encryption, authentication, access control ~ Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, configuration management, monitoring ~ Ability to assess risks, threat modeling and incident response planning ~ Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams ~ Experience with SAST/DAST, vulnerability management tools; automation in security processes ~ Security certifications are advantageous ~ collaboration ~ communication ~ problem-solving ~ IaC security scanning (Checkov, tfsec, Terrascan) ~ Cloud security and secure infrastructure design ~ CI/CD security integration
