and model optimization Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systems Strong Python skills with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow Experience with transformers and LLMs Familiarity with model optimization (quantization, pruning, distillation) Solid grasp of MLOps and deployment workflows Bonus Points xykwogc (Preferred) Master's degree in AI, ML, or related area Experience with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and multimodal AI Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG techniques Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud ML platforms (AWS, Azure) Industrial domain experience is a plus
