Overview In this role you will drive revenue growth and key account development across Lombardia and Piemonte. You will lead regional sales performance and coordinate commercial strategy within a cross-functional corporate team. You will manage a portfolio of mechanical and automotive clients, maintain high customer satisfaction, and report to the HQ international commercial director.

Responsabilità
- drive revenue growth and key account development in a defined regional market
- execute commercial strategy and lead sales performance across the region
- achieve revenue and operating margin targets for Lombardia and Piemonte
- maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage existing portfolio
- develop key accounts and support business growth through structured sales activity and client relationships
- report to the HQ international commercial director
Requisiti fondamentali
- proven experience in sales management and key account development with mechanical or automotive companies
- strong negotiation and contract management skills
- ability to drive sales strategy, budgets, and forecasting
- strong use of CRM and ERP systems
