Are you an experienced recruiter based in Italy looking for a flexible freelance opportunity you can manage alongside your existing projects? Workster is expanding its international freelance recruitment network and is looking for Italian-speaking recruiters who already know how to source, engage and convert candidates. This is a fully remote, commission-based freelance collaboration with complete flexibility over your working schedule.
Source candidates for active vacancies across Europe and international markets Engage, qualify and introduce suitable candidates for our clients' selection processes Build and manage your own candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, social media,
communities and other sourcing channels Collaborate with our international recruitment team and participate in regular best-practice and vacancy update meetings At least 1 year of hands-on recruitment / active sourcing experience Proven ability to source candidates independentlyStrong knowledge of LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards and other sourcing channels Native or fluent Italian Professional English Ability to work independently and manage your own recruitment pipeline Comfortable working under a commission-per-hire freelance model Access to multiple active vacancies across European and international markets Fully remote collaboration Complete flexibility — organize your own schedule and workload Opportunity to combine Workster with other freelance projects International and multicultural recruitment team Opportunity to expand your recruitment network and work across multiple international markets
