Overview As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will advise business leaders and drive full-cycle recruiting to attract top talent. You will align recruitment initiatives with priorities and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. The role sits within the Global Talent Acquisition team with a hybrid schedule at the Italy facility in Monfalcone.
You will shape the workforce by building talent pipelines and providing data-driven insights to improve hiring processes. This is a chance to contribute to a mission-driven nuclear energy company and work with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful hires.
