Role Description The Receptionist role at Stampa 1968 is a full-time, on-site position based in Cadegliano-Viconago. The Receptionist will greet guests, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and serve as the first point of contact for all visitor inquiries. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, handling reservations, and providing information about services and local attractions.

The role also involves performing basic clerical duties such as maintaining records, processing payments, and coordinating with other staff to ensure smooth front-desk operations.



The Receptionist is expected to maintain a professional, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Proficiency in receptionist duties and phone etiquette, including managing calls, appointments, and visitor inquiries.
- Clerical skills such as record keeping, data entry, and handling basic administrative tasks.
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and manage time efficiently in a hospitality environment.
- Previous experience in reception, front desk, or hospitality roles is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or booking systems preferred.
- Professional appearance and reliability, with a strong focus on punctuality and accountability.
- Fluency in Italian; additional language skills (such as English or German) are a plus.
