Overview As a Senior Project Manager in the Milan area, you drive project cost, schedule, and vendor management on construction projects. You coordinate with general contractors and consultants, analyze milestone risks, and review costing related to capex. You lead client meetings, monitor cost drivers, and ensure accurate cost reporting and invoicing.
You advocate for the client in disputes and oversee project close-out through to operation handover. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

schedule and budgets Coordinate General Contractor and other contracted vendors and consultants Analyze and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip Review construction proposals and related pricing/scopes Review and approve cost loaded schedules Identify factors influencing construction costs and report on them Review payment requests and invoices Track equipment against project schedule Coordinate scheduling consultant reviews Oversee final invoices, payment applications and retention payments Manage transfer of building operations to the client including close-out documentation and warranties Business level Italian and English University degree in Construction Management or related field Experience as a Construction Project Manager in the real estate sector Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing and presentations Team attitude, self-motivated, willing to support other groups/projects report writing
