The activity includes: Represent the company and own the relationship with Suppliers Perform Potential supplier assessment "PSA" Determine root cause of supplier manufacturing problems and lead implementation of timely, effective, and efficient quality resolutions Manage supplier crisis with on-site support within 24 hrs when required Assure supplier understanding and compliance with APQP processes and product PPAP submission and approval requirements Develop and execute plans to ensure supplier fulfillment of quoted capacity through use of Run at Rate workbook Improve quality performance of suppliers, running workshops at supplier site and assisting supplier in developing a robust quality system
